This week lays the foundation for listening to your body and reconnecting with your body's inherent wisdom.

  • Practice somatic techniques to bring you into a deeper, more trusting relationship with your body

  • Notice where you take up space, shrink, or hide and begin to inhabit yourself fully in your body.

  • Explore interoception, or inner body awareness, to listen to your body’s signals, messages and innate knowing

Theme: “I inhabit my body. I trust what I feel.”

Week 1 - Inhabiting Your Unique & Magical Body

This week is about learning the language of your body– the subtle signals, sensations, and shifts that tell you what feels right, what feels off, and what wants more space.

  • Learn to sense & express your “yes,” your “no,” & the nuanced places in between

  • Deepen attunement to your wants, needs, and internal cues

  • Explore how your nervous system responds in moments of choice, connection, and communication

Theme: “I honour my body, my energy, my needs.”

Week 2 - Self-Consent, Boundaries & Self-Care

This week invites you to explore pleasure, intimacy, and embodied sexual empowerment with gentleness and curiosity.

  • Reconnect with pleasurable, playful, and joyful sensations as pathways back into vitality

  • Learn the foundations of pleasure anatomy and begin mapping desire within your unique body

  • Awaken your vibrant life force, the pleasure that moves through creativity, joy, intimacy, and the simple aliveness of being in your body​

Theme: “I claim pleasure as my birthright.”

Week 3 – Pleasure, Sexuality and Aliveness

This week helps you recognize and process difficult emotions and release internalized shame, exploring how it drives us to shrink, hide, or disconnect—and how you can reclaim your energy and presence.

  • Notice where shame constricts your body and your expression of energy

  • Identify emotional patterns and habitual responses that arise from shame

  • Practice reclaiming presence and life force, softening self-criticism, and stepping more fully into yourself

Theme: "I meet challenging emotions with courage and care."

Week 4 – Sitting with Shame

This week explores how societal expectations around gender influence our relationships, our sense of power, and the ways we support and show up for each other.

  • Investigate internalized competition, relational patterns, and societal expectations around gender

  • Practice recognition, presence, and mutual support in your relationships

  • Examine how cultural norms shape your boundaries, your voice, and your sense of agency

 

Theme: “I rise in my power and lift others with care and presence.”

Week 5 – Sistering & Gendered Culture

This week explores the beliefs you’ve absorbed about yourself and the world– beliefs that hold you back from your brightest, most vital self– and how to shift them.

  • Explore the internalized narratives that restrict your choice, self-consent, or expression, and trace where they came from

  • Practice somatic tools to bring awareness to where limiting beliefs live in the body and how they shape your voice, energy, and behaviour

  • Strengthen your capacity to support yourself as you release old stories and step more fully into your agency and authenticity

 

Theme: “I honour my whole self, even the parts I’ve kept unseen.”

Week 6 – Self-Limiting Beliefs & Hidden Power

This week invites you to reclaim your raw, untamed energy, your full complexity, and your unapologetic, authentic self.

  • Move, roar, stretch, and express the wildness stored in your body

  • Practice inhabiting contradiction, imperfection, and the fierce, untamed parts of yourself

  • Reconnect with spontaneity, curiosity, and the instinctive rhythms of your life force

 

Theme: “I embody my wild power.”

Week 7 – Embracing the Messy & Wild

This week invites you to feel how your pleasure, presence, and power can radiate into your life and the world around you.

  • Sense how your embodied power shapes your choices, relationships, and the life you are creating

  • Explore ways to let your energy, joy, and presence influence your surroundings and the communities you move through

  • Map a vision for yourself and the world that reflects your authority, creativity, and care

 

Theme: “I move through the world fully alive, fully myself.”​

Week 8 – Re-envisioning Futures & Integration

Additional Guidance Sessions

Alongside the 8 weekly sessions, you’ll also join 3 additional group guidance sessions with Lauren, spread throughout the course– designed to offer you deeper and personalised support as you navigate the wild terrain of this inner journey.
