In this intimate six-week journey, we’ll explore the gentle power of somatic practice to help you

reconnect with your body, not as an obstacle, but as a source of wisdom, resilience, and healing.

 

Through live online sessions, guided movement, meditation, and nervous system education, we’ll build a foundation of trust, safety, and self-awareness.

Whether you’re navigating chronic pain, illness, stress, trauma, or simply longing to feel more at home in your body, this course offers a compassionate space for you to listen inwardly and nurture your own power to heal.

This course helped me through a challenging period, giving me tools to anchor and steady myself, and a carefully held space to listen to my body and support the healing work I have been seeking and attempting for many years. Lauren is a nurturing guide, and I am truly grateful for the care and skill she brought to shaping this process.

This week lays the groundwork for trust and safety in your body, and your self, paving the way for the rest of the course.

  • Practice nervous system basics

  • Find your anchors through grounding, centring, breath awareness, the practice of presence, and more

  • Learn your body– and learn to love your body

  • Theme: “I am here in my body. I am home.”

Week 1 - Anchors & Safety: Foundations for Somatic Practice

This week we learn how softening supports healing — without forcing, fixing, or pushing.​

  • Release physical and emotional tension

  • Let go of what no longer serves

  • Explore "surrender" without collapse

  • Practice Gratitude for your body, your life, for what is truly here, now

  • Theme: “I release into the flow. I trust what is arising in this moment.”

Week 2 - Trust, Surrender & Allow

This week is all about getting to know your nervous system and its relationship to pain, trauma & healing.

  • Learn about polyvagal theory and neuroplasticity

  • Become friends with your NS and its patterns for protection, safety, and connection

  • Learn embodied practices to care for yourself, no matter what comes to meet you

  • Theme: “My body always knows.”

Week 3 – Befriending your Nervous System

This week we explore all sensation, whether pleasurable or painful, without the need to label, and learn to drop into the miracle of feeling.

  • ​Awaken interoception (inner body awareness)

  • Explore pleasure, discomfort, and neutrality 

  • Map our internal landscape with curiosity, not judgement

  • Listen to pain as a messenger, not a threat, a pathway to insight, not an enemy to fight.

  • Theme: “I notice without needing to fix.”

Week 4 – Reclaiming Sensation & Trusting Pain

This week deepens your capacity to process the energy of long-held emotions without overwhelm. This is where the big shifts happen​.

  • Explore safe ways to meet emotion somatically

  • Learn how to move long-held emotional patterns

  • Practice Deep Listening

  • Heal yourself with compassion

  • Theme: “I love you and I am listening.”

Week 5 – Emotions in the Body

This week we awaken our power. It's time to radiate. It's time to rise.

  • Practice central channel awareness + energetic alignment to tap into the resource of power moving through you

  • Listen inwardly for your “Yes", your "No”, and everything in between

  • Connect your inner power, your body, and your voice to express yourself without apology

  • Theme: “My body. My energy. My choice.”
